Registration Information for 2025-2026
Below you will find links and documents related to the summer mailing that goes out to all Patriot families. Please be sure to review all of these items before school starts in August.
A few reminders about health forms:
- All incoming 6th graders need to have a physical and immunizations records on file with the Jefferson health office by the time they walk their schedules.
- Any 7th and 8th grader planning on trying out for a sport during the 2025-2026 school year needs to have a current sports physical on record with the health office as well.

Important August Dates
Wednesday, August 6, 2025: 6th grades, newly enrolled 7th and 8th graders, and families
- 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Where Everybody Belongs (WEB) Orientation
- 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Continue to explore JJHS + Locker Set-up
Thursday, August 7, 2025: 7th & 8th graders
- 12:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m., Locker Set-up
Friday, August 8, 2025: Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader who is not available on August 9th or 10th and wishes to walk their schedule may do so
- 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Any student who is not available on August 9th or 10th Parents must accompany students.
Thursday, August 14, 2025: First day of school!
